The location was central, all major attractions were within walking distance. The room included essential amenities, and daily cleaning services were provided. A water dispenser and lockers in the entrance hall proved useful for storing luggage after checkout. This feature was a definite plus.

The self-check-in process was a bit tedious after a long journey. I generally prefer a personal check-in experience with a receptionist.

The location is GREAT. I found the public transport links easy to access. The room had a fridge and coffee machine. I also appreciated the safe in the room. THE lobby has lockers for storing bags after checkout.

I could hear conversations in the hallway. Other people opening and closing doors were also audible.

The check-in process worked automatically. Communication happened mostly through text. Staff responded quickly and they were helpful. I rate the service highly. They really made an effort.

The beds in the room were cozy. The bathroom had two sinks. A spacious wardrobe was available in the room. The television screen was large, A VERY practical addition for relaxation.
